There’s a new Mindful Fortune Teller in town. Whatever you call these little interactive creations, there are now two versions, the older hand-drawn one with emotions and numbers, and now this one with whatever you notice, and letters.

Whichever you choose, make sure to take time with it – cut and color mindfully. Follow the instructions with intention. Before you begin playing, feel how it feels in your hands and breathe. Make a note of what you would like to achieve by playing, and check in with yourself and your partner before and after.
This could make a fun lesson and activity in a group or class, or to have on the coffee table to interact mindfully.
